Dr Bhasha Mukherjee
About Me:
Hi, I’m Bhasha
I am a GMC-registered multi-award winning GP, who has appeared on multiple media channels such as GMGB (ITV morning show) and I have now turned my attention to offering life and health coaching with a particular interest in neurodiversity and lifestyle medicine.
With 14 years of experience working in media and a career spanning NHS primary care, private practice and leading health technology, my aim is to bring together clinical expertise and deep personal understanding to offer a coaching experience that is genuinely different from anything that currently exists.
Approach:
I like to think of this as a different kind of coaching that is built around how your brain actually works
My approach is rooted in the belief that neurodivergent people don’t need to try harder. Instead, they need strategies that are designed for them. Using my background in lifestyle medicine, health coaching and motivational interviewing, I work with clients to understand the unique way their brain operates, then builds practical, personalised frameworks around exactly that….. and not around ‘what works for everyone else’.
The sessions are collaborative, non-judgmental and grounded in both clinical evidence and lived experience. I integrates the latest thinking in neurodiversity, lifestyle medicine and behaviour change to help you make sustainable progress across executive function, health habits, body confidence, career transitions and beyond.
There are no generic programmes. No one-size-fits-all advice. Just a thoughtful, structured partnership which is focused on what actually works for you.
Specialisation:
My area of specialism is in ADHD and Autism, as well as helping adults with things such as body dysmorphia and eating disorders.
Having been diagnosed myself with ADHD and autism, and real life lived experiences of body dysmorphia and binge eating disorders, I can now coach from a place of genuine understanding – not just clinical knowledge.
I bring genuine personal insight into what it means to navigate the world as a neurodivergent person.
Why Choose To Work With Me?
I bring a holistic approach shaped by diverse clinical experience and a strong academic foundation. I am committed to staying up to date with the latest evidence-based research through ongoing professional development, ensuring that my patients receive the most current and effective rehabilitation.
Above all, I aim to foster a supportive environment where every patient feels so much more than just a patient.
