Neurological conditions can be scary and worrying. But we want to assure you that they can be managed with the right care. Although we cannot directly diagnose your neuropathy condition, we can carry out a number of simple tests to determine whether or not it needs to be referred on for further screening.
This is useful knowledge to have if you are worried about having this type of condition. Often, peace of mind can be hugely beneficial in helping to manage and cope with the symptoms you may be presenting with. We often see many patients with symptoms of a neuropathy but after testing are able to conclude that there is unlikely to be anything to worry about and a simple intervention programme will usually help reduce pain and improve sensation and function.

What happens if I need to have surgery?
If, in the rare cases, we do need to refer you for surgery then we have built and established a large number of links with orthopaedic surgeons across London who we would be able to refer you too in order for them to assess whether surgical intervention is warranted for your condition.
