Welcome to the Bodylogics Personal Training Department. Lead Injury Rehabilitation Specialist and qualified Personal Trainer Angel Warren, alongside Strength and Conditioning Specialist and qualified Personal Trainer Monika Smiechowska, are ready and equipped to take you on your journey to achieve your goals.
Personal training is about individualised training programmes which are suited to your needs. With exclusive access to a state of the art gym located in Whetstone, North London, and our partnership Gym at CrossFit Tufnell Park, we are able to provide you with the next step to becoming the best you can be.
As a sports therapy clinic specialising in sports injuries, we know what it takes to be successful in building the best body possible. Our personal training team will guide you through a thorough assessment and provide you with both short term and medium term goals. We are unique in that all our Personal Trainers are qualified Physiotherapist’s or Sports Therapist’s who specialise in keeping clients injury free. It is this attention to detail that gets results. On top of this, you can rest assured that you will have the support and guidance of a team of multi-disciplinary practitioners who specialise in keeping people injury free, therefore enabling you to do what you want, which is to train and gain.

What to expect from our Personal Training Team at Bodylogics
Our approach is results based but we also place a high value and importance on empowering our clients to take control of their lifestyle and activity levels. We believe that with the correct guidance and motivation that anything is possible.
At Bodylogics we offer customised personal trainer workouts which are designed to help you achieve your goals fast, whether that be through weight loss or muscle building. As specialists in sports injury treatment we also ensure that our clients are equipped with the knowledge to train in a safe way which reduces their chance of injury and ultimately increases their chances of hitting their targets/goal. We carry out our personal training sessions at both our Barnet Flagship Clinic, our Partnership Gym at CrossFit Tufnell Park NW5 and our Rehabilitation centre at FitClub Studio’s in Whetstone.
During your first personal training session a thorough assessment is undertaken to see where you are currently at. This assessment will be used to help you see the progress you have made and will enable us to guide your sessions. Clients are usually given tasks to perform away from their Personal Training in order to get the most out of each session. This also enables the client to start to take ownership of their activity levels and ultimately their health and goals.
It is often recommended that for clients to see real and valuable changes they need to allow at least 6 weeks of training to begin to notice a difference. This is in line with current research which states that most gains in any training programme, especially strength training, will be neurological in the first 6 weeks before real changes begin to occur in the muscle tissue. Our Sports Therapists and other members of the Bodylogics Team will be able to offer more guidance on this should you wish to find out more.
