Hi, I’m Charles!
I have a strong passion for Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Orthopaedic rehabilitation. With over five years NHS experience managing post-operative and MSK cases, I take pride in providing holistic, evidence-based care that helps restore my patients function, independence, and confidence. My journey in physiotherapy has been driven by a simple but powerful goal: to help people move better and live better.
Specialisation:
I specialise in MSK and Orthopaedic physiotherapy, with a focus on post-operative recovery, soft tissue injuries, and functional rehabilitation. I’m also experienced across other areas such as paediatrics and geriatrics, cardiorespiratory, and neurology, allowing me to bring a broad clinical perspective to patient care.

My treatment principles lie with creating a patient-centred, evidence-based treatment program strongly focused on education, empowerment, and active recovery.
