Monika is a fully qualified Sports Injury Rehabilitator Expert and Strength and Conditioning Coach, having obtained a First Degree Honours award in BSc Strength and Exercise Rehabilitation.  Adding to her already extensive knowledge, Monika has obtained an MSc in Strength and Conditioning at Middlesex University in London where she obtained a Distinction Award.  Monika’s level of excellence is proven in her educational records and she brings an abundance of skills with her to the Clinic.

Monika offers a wide variety of clinical and gym-based treatments including Strength and Conditioning, Sports Injury Rehabilitation (pre and post-operative management), Manual Therapy, Personal Training and Acupuncture.  Whilst at university, Monika gained clinical experience by volunteering at various events including Marathons, Rugby 7’s and other athletic tournaments.  Monika has further expanded her knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating sport-related injuries through working with various football and basketball academies.

Monika is able to provide heavily tailored exercise programmes and treatment plans based on the patient’s individual needs.  Monika’s passion for lower limb injuries has led her to conduct many research projects, most recently covering inter-limb asymmetries in female basketball population.

Monika strongly believes that educating patients about their injury and rehabilitation process is a key component of successful recovery.”
