Zohreh is an Acupuncturist, Osteopath and Sports’ Therapist. Zohreh has been practising for nearly 14 years and runs her own clinic in Horsham, West Sussex. Zohreh uses a combination of techniques within structural and Visceral Osteopathy, the eastern and western Acupuncture, as well as various techniques in Sports’ Therapy and Cupping in treating patients. Zohreh is, therefore, able to offer tailor-made treatments for a wide range of health issues for instance in people with sports background, office workers, pregnant ladies, babies, frail elderly, patients going through IVF, cancer patients and the normal day to day cases of overuse and arthritis – for all ages.

Zohreh provides treatment for patients with cancer through gentle Osteopathy and in particular tailor-made Acupuncture techniques. The technique can successfully reduce many of the unpleasant side-effects of chemo/radiotherapy treatments and therefore improves the quality of the lives of those patients and also their families. MS patients and Parkinson’s’ patients also benefit from treatments with Zohreh.

Zohreh also works very successfully in collaboration with dentists in treating tempro-mandibular joint dysfunction as well as working with GPs in treating various musculo-skeletal problems such as headaches, migraines, backaches, neck strains and pains, arthritis of various joints, respiratory problems, fibromyalgia and so on, as well as visceral problems such as endometriosis, IBS, constipation, diarrhea, menstrual pains, etc. Emotional problems are also what she treats very effectively amongst which are depression, anxiety, bereavement, PMT and insomnia.

Understanding the cause of problems and being able to recognise the early symptoms when things are going wrong is a vital step towards keeping healthy as well as knowing how to help yourself regaining the health and maintaining it. Zohreh is very keen in educating her patients in doing just that and believes that a big part of getting back to health is in patients’ own hands.
