At Bodylogics our experienced and trained Team will work to ease any pain or tension you may be suffering with quickly and efficiently using a wide range of strategies ranging from hands on manual therapy and massage, through to electrotherapy and dry needling/acupuncture techniques. These are the same techniques used with professional athletes and help them to recover quickly and safely from injury.
A Bespoke Treatment Plan
Being handed a sheet of paper with exercises is a thing of the past. Our clinicians develop an individualised programme based on your treatment outcomes and objectives. We listen to what is important to you and then deliver a bespoke programme whic matches those needs. You will then have access to this through our online platform where you can check on your progress and review your exercises for detailed information on how to complete them.
Accountability and Support 24/7
Your therapist will design your programme to fit around your lifestyle, no matter what this looks like. You will then have access to your rehabilitation plan 24/7 so you are always able to develop your journey in between your clinic based sessions.
Appointment Availability
We are open from 8am-8pm Monday – Friday at all our clinics and we also offer weekend appointments. This gives access to expert care at times that suit your lifestyle. This enables better patient tracking and faster recovery.
