Groin Pain Treatment London - North London's leading injury clinic - Physiotherapy and Injury Rehabilitation

Groin pain can be a hard and difficult area to diagnose and treat. One of the reasons for this is because there are a number of structures that attach to the area and also cross over the area, making specific targeted diagnosis harder to conclude. However, through a series of specific testing and objective measures we can eliminate a large number of injuries.
To make matters more difficult in this area, many studies have shown different forms of imaging (such as MRI and X-Ray) to be unreliable in identifying pathology associated with pain. For example, one study showed that 69% of individuals had a labrum tear near the groin region BUT had no pain. This therefore creates further confusion as to what structures are causing the issue you are faced with.
