Jess is a Specialist MSK Physiotherapist with a First Class BSc from the University of Nottingham, whose clinical experience spans musculoskeletal, neurological, paediatric and respiratory physiotherapy, giving her a genuinely well-rounded approach that she brings to every patient she sees at Bodylogics.
Originally from South Africa and a Londoner for most of her life, Jess brings a personal athletic background that is anything but ordinary. A national title-winning gymnast and cheerleader who has also coached young athletes, she understands first-hand the physical and psychological demands of competitive sport, as well as what it truly takes to recover from injury and come back stronger. That lived experience shapes everything about the way she works.
Jess specialises in MSK physiotherapy, combining manual therapy with evidence-based rehabilitation and a treatment philosophy that is firmly person-centred. For Jess, understanding the individual behind the injury, their lifestyle, their goals, and what getting better actually means for them, is just as important as the clinical picture.
Her motivation is simple: to help every patient become the best version of themselves, whether that means returning to sport or simply enjoying daily life without pain.
