Grace is an HCPC registered Physiotherapist who graduated with Distinction from London Metropolitan University, and whose career to date has taken her from Gaelic football pitches and Irish dance schools across London to the treatment rooms of London Irish RFC, Harlequins FC, and backstage at the London Coliseum working with principal ballet dancers. That breadth of experience across sport, performance and everyday clinical practice gives her a uniquely well-rounded perspective that her patients benefit from immediately.
Grace specialises in spinal injuries, neck pain, and rotator cuff injuries, with a particular interest in biomechanics - understanding how individual movement patterns contribute to injury, and how correcting them is key to both recovery and preventing recurrence. Her approach combines hands-on treatment with a strong emphasis on education and personalised rehabilitation, ensuring every patient understands not just what they're doing but why - so that recovery continues long after they leave the clinic.
Her passion for the work is personal as well as professional. Having navigated her own injuries as a competitive Irish dancer, netball player, horse rider and high jumper, Grace knows first-hand what it feels like to be sidelined and exactly what it takes to come back stronger.
