George is a Specialist MSK Physiotherapist with a particular focus on knee, ankle and shoulder conditions - three of the most complex and performance-limiting areas of the body, and has built a reputation for getting patients back to full function as quickly and sustainably as possible.
George's approach is built entirely around the individual in front of him. From the very first appointment, he takes the time to understand not just the injury, but the person - their lifestyle, their goals, and what a full recovery genuinely means to you as the patient. That holistic understanding shapes every diagnosis, every treatment decision, and every rehabilitation programme he puts in place, ensuring the outcomes he delivers are meaningful and lasting rather than simply short-term relief.
Central to George's practice is education. He firmly believes that a patient who understands their condition is a patient who is empowered to take ownership of their own recovery - and that knowledge is one of the most powerful tools in any rehabilitation plan.
By combining evidence-based assessment and treatment with hands-on manual therapy, George ensures that every patient leaves each appointment not only feeling better, but understanding exactly why, and what to do, to keep progressing between sessions.
Because for George, the goal has never just been to treat the injury. It's to give every patient the tools, the confidence and the clarity to live a stronger, healthier and pain-free life long after their final appointment.
