Ben is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 7 years of experience working within both the NHS and private practice. Throughout his career, Ben has helped a wide range of individuals recover from injury, manage pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Ben has experience in treating everyone from members of the general public with everyday aches and pains to elite-level athletes. As a keen rugby player and fitness enthusiast, Ben understands first-hand the challenges that injury and pain can bring, allowing him to empathise with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Whilst Ben has extensive experience managing a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, he has a particular interest in shoulder rehabilitation and spinal conditions. Ben also has significant experience in sports injury management, return-to-sport rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and persistent pain management.
When it comes to treating patients, every treatment plan is tailored to the individual and may incorporate rehabilitation exercises, strength and conditioning principles, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, education, and self-management strategies. Ben's aim is to take a holistic approach, considering the whole person and all factors that may influence recovery and long-term wellbeing.
