    No. Klarna performs a soft credit check which won’t impact your credit score.

  • Is there a minimum spend?

    Yes, Klarna options are only available on selected higher-priced treatments and packages. This starts from our 8 pack + bundles.

  • Are there any fees or hidden costs?

    No, Klarna is completely interest-free when you pay on time.

  • How do I manage my payments?

    All payments are managed securely in the Klarna app, where you can view your schedule and make early payments if you wish.

  • What if my application is declined?

    Klarna’s approval process is independent. If you’re not approved, you can still pay by card or any of our other accepted payment methods.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    Appointments require 24 hours' notice (of a working day) to cancel or reschedule. Full details are on our cancellation policy page.
