Evelyn is a Specialist MSK and Sports Physiotherapist whose background sets her apart in the most compelling way. With experience in elite level badminton, she brings first-hand experience of the physical and psychological demands of elite sport to every patient she treats. That personal insight, combined with her current role as pitch-side physiotherapist and lead rehabilitation specialist at Battersea Ironsides Rugby Club, gives her a real-world perspective that makes her equally effective with competitive athletes and everyday patients alike.
Evelyn specialises in acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation and return-to-sport programming, with a particular interest in back pain, shoulder conditions and lower limb injuries. Her treatment approach combines hands-on techniques including acupuncture, sports massage, shockwave therapy and myofascial cupping with evidence-based rehabilitation - always focused on identifying root causes rather than simply managing symptoms.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Evelyn also integrates Eastern and Western treatment philosophies into her practice, bringing a genuinely holistic perspective to care that is as personalised as it is effective.
