Alison Dodd

Alison is a Sports Massage Therapist and Associate Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists who graduated from the London School of Massage with the highest award of distinction - and whose career since has been anything but ordinary. Having worked alongside elite athletes at the highest level, Alison came to wider prominence in 2011 when she took the lead Therapist and Rehabilitator role on ITV's The Biggest Loser - a platform that reflected the reputation she had already built through years of exceptional clinical work.

Alison specialises in neck pain, deep tissue massage and sports massage therapy, bringing a breadth of technique and a depth of experience to every treatment that consistently delivers results - whether the patient is a professional athlete, an office worker carrying the tension of a long week, or anyone in between. As one of the founding pillars of the Bodylogics team, she also plays a key role in guiding patients toward the right practitioner for their needs, ensuring everyone who walks through the door finds the right fit from the very start.

A keen sportswoman, Alison understands instinctively what it means to be an active person whose body needs looking after - and that passion for movement and wellbeing is something her patients feel in every session.
