I was so pleased to find Gemma when I was looking for an acupuncturist. She is so professional and always greets you with a smile. I feel safe knowing that she is well qualified to do her job and she is able to answer my questions with confidence. I have not felt pressured into doing more sessions than needed and each time I have made an appointment I have been given time to relax and have been cared for without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend Gemma especially if it is your first time having acupuncture or if you are unsure about having a session.

Very happy with the treatment received from Rui at Bodylogics. He implemented a clear treatment plan, made me feel comfortable during appointments, and put together an exercise programme for me to follow at home. He was very approachable, offered clear advice and always answered any questions I had. Overall 10/10 service and would highly recommend!

I had gone to see Charles as I had torn a thigh muscle. He was thorough, patient and an excellent clinician. His work on my thigh, his advice and suggested exercises meant I healed quickly. Lovely bloke as well. Whole heartedly recommend Charles.

I came to Body Logics for help with my Plantar Fasciitis. I have completed 3 sessions of Shock Wave Therapy so far and am working my way through a series of prescribed exercises. Rui is kind and patient and explains the treatment and exercises very well.

I saw Gemma at Body Logics for a first appointment for acupuncture due to a painful shoulder. I found the session to be very helpful for the pain, and Gemma was friendly and professional and keen to listen to me about my injury and work out the best treatment from there. Can recommend 👌

Absolutely brilliant session with Daniel. I have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for a long time due to a spine related problem, and Daniel found the root cause of it. Absolute specialist, and very skilled with acupuncture. I would definitely recommend if you are experiencing a similar problem.

I have had a great experience with Evelyn. She has been incredibly helpful and supportive with my rotator cuff injury. She really listened to my problems and very patient with my progress as well! Now I can go back to my gym classes every week without any pain in my shoulder. I will gladly recommend her to everyone and so grateful that I have met her in the clinic!

Discussed my issue and a plan to help to fix the problem in step by step process, checking that each step is achieved before moving to the next phase. From the very first appointment, he took the time to understand her symptoms, explain everything clearly, and make her feel comfortable. He was friendly, warm and professional and after a few sessions she felt so much better and was sent away with exercises she can do to ensure that she remains pain free

I highly recommend Rui. After developing tennis elbow, Rui carefully listened to my concerns, assessed my condition, and created a personalized recovery plan. My progress has been excellent, with a much faster recovery than I expected. I am now back playing badminton, my elbow is getting stronger every week, and the strengthening exercises Rui recommended have been very effective. Rui is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for patients. Thank you for all your help and support!

I went to Veronica yesterday evening in agony, with inflammation and tightness in my neck and trapezius muscles which had stopped me turning my neck and left me in a lot of pain. Veronica gave me her time, energy, and her quality massage skills to support the issue, relieving tension in my back, and enabling me today to wake up with reduced pain, and gave me more turning range back in my neck, getting me mobile enough to drive again. I’ve been to body logic several times over the years, and care has always been positive :) worth the spend.

I have been using various physio providers for over a year with no success until I have met Ben at Bodylogics in New Barnet. After three sessions I have already made significant progress and growing in confidence day by day with the reduction in pain from my injury. Would definitely recommend Ben.

Working through my recovery from an ACL reconstruction and meniscus partial removal and repair. George Kyriacou at Bodylogics in Winchmore Hill has been great, built me a plan for my recovery and has been progressively increasing the exercises to build strength and stability, helping with a plan that allows me to do most of the exercises at home, really clear instructions and demo’s of the movements that have been tailored to my recovery needs. The knee is feeling stronger every week, thank you George!.

George has been great at helping me with my injuries and the improvement in the last two months has been amazing. He goes in to all the details and is really good at explaining all the exercises.

Charles Is an example of professionalism. After months of stubborn pain in the neck and shoulder I was nearly giving up on sports. I visited Charles and after 3-4 sessions I felt a significant improvement, the pains almost disappeared. He didn’t just help me to recover but to maintain a healthy and better way of exercising.

I was struggling with persistent tennis elbow that was affecting both my daily activities and sport. After an assessment, physio Rui recommended shockwave therapy. My pain has reduced significantly over the course of treatments, and I have little or no pain, anymore. I will continue my custom exercises to strengthen my tendons. I would highly recommend Bodylogics in treating tennis elbow pain.

Monika, has helped me a lot with a very difficult back problem in the L4-L5 area, which spread to my upper legs. I was concerned that I might need back surgery, but after having intense physio and following the exercise routine, I’ve turned the corner and feel in a much better place. I’ll be resuming light Golf very soon.

It was my first time visiting a physiotherapist after injuring my knee while running, and I had a great experience. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what had happened to my knee. He also put together a recovery plan with exercises to do at home and will assess my running technique in future sessions to help prevent further injuries. I saw Eilinoir following a severe fall on my knee and her experience and expertise has made a huge improvement to my mobility. Her prediction of how long my recovery would be was spot-on. I’ve been attending Bodylogics for a few years now with various sports issues and they have been fantastic. Monika is so friendly and knowledgeable and I have usually only needed a couple of sessions before recovering. I have been recommending them to friends with sports related issues and they are equally happy with the treatment.

I can’t recommend Eilinoir @ Bodylogics Physio highly enough. From my very first appointment, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me recover. She carried out a thorough assessment, explained my injury clearly, and put together a treatment plan for me, including a home exercise plan which she adjusts as my injury improves. Her encouragement, expertise, and attention to detail has made a huge difference to my recovery & helped me get back to golf much quicker than I expected.

I’ve been seeing Charles for a number of months to treat a shoulder injury, and the improvement has been great. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and always takes the time to make sure you understand both the treatment and what you can do yourself to aid recovery. On top of that, he’s a genuinely friendly, approachable guy who makes every session a positive experience. My shoulder is now almost back to normal, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charles to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist.

The treatment and education I’ve received from Grace has been outstanding. She helped me understand why I was getting injured and after really being diligent with her stretching and strengthening exercises I have overcome the pain and mobility issues. She listened to my concerns and applied personalised techniques and treatments. She’s very good with communication and efficient with replies and programs. I believe she has changed my whole perspective on running warm up routines for the rest of my life.

Great experience with Rui. He really helped with my back problem and gave a very good exercise programme to build strength. He has a holistic approach considering lifestyle and the whole body. Very understanding and approachable. Recommend.
