Lead Injury Rehabilitation Specialist, Member of the Physiotherapy Team and Personal Trainer
Angel is our Lead Injury Rehabilitaton Specialist and a Member of our Physiotherapy Team. Angel is an expert in putting together Rehabilitation programmes for all types of injuries or just for general strength building. Angel is also a qualified Personal Trainer and is well equipped to put you through a touch and challenging workout.
Angel Warren Leads the Bodylogics Injury Rehabilitation Department. Angel’s years of partaking in sports has led to an interest in rehabilitating injuries. Whilst at University Angel gained experienced in treating the general public right through to amateur and elite athletes within team sports, including working alongside the Saracens Women Rugby Team. Angel has enhanced her knowledge in manual therapy, strength & conditioning and end stage rehabilitation with knowledge to optimise and help clients to achieve their goals.
Angel’s passion for learning Anatomy and Physiology developed into successful clinical reasoning and providing alternative therapy treatments which include soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations; exercise therapy, kinesio taping, movement re-education, patient self-management and education on treatment’s applied. Angel’s exercise prescription and personal training skills enable her to tailor programs to the individual and their activity or sport which they are looking to return to.
Angel is also a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer. With access to Gym based equipment at all our Bodylogics locations, Angel is able to put together bespoke and specific Rehabilitation programmes to match the individual needs of each client she works with. Injury Rehabilitation Specialists are not limited to injury recovery only. We have many clients who see our Specialists for what is known in the industry as ‘Pre-Hab’. This is a concept based on building specific strength on areas of weakness BEFORE they become injuries.
