Alison is an Associate Member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) which is elected to the International Council of Health and Fitness & Sports Therapists. She is a keen sportswoman and is an active member of Trent Park Running Club
Ali ThompsonITEC Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage
Ali trained in Holistic Massage at Essentials for Health, London in 2009 before going on to completing diplomas in Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Ali has also completed a diploma in Level 4 Sports Massage with the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine.
Ali has previous experience working in successful Chiropractic Clinics in London and has worked with a number of runners as part of their training programme. She has also worked at the London Marathon.
She uses various techniques during her massages including: Trigger point therapy, Soft tissue release, Muscular Energy techniques as well as holistic techniques to relieve tension, aches and pains as well as improve posture and range of movement. Ali may also use Aromatherapy essential oils to enhance the treatment, if suitable to do so. Treatments are tailoured to each individual’s needs for optimum benefits. Ali enjoys CPD courses and has recently completed a Diploma in Oncology Massage. She is passionate about natural health and encourages clients to take a more active role in their own health and well being.
Gerard Minihane, MSc, MSST

Gerard first completed his Sport and Exercise Science degree at the University of Limerick in 2014. The course was quite broad and Gerard looked to specialise his skills towards his own particular interests. He went on to complete a Master’s in Sports Therapy in London Metropolitan University.
Gerard has an abundance of clinical experience working in physiotherapy clinics in London and has become increasingly familiar with popular injuries such as neck pain, lower back pain, knee pain and shoulder pain. Gerard likes to incorporate a variety of techniques into his sessions including manual therapies, spinal therapies, exercise rehabilitation, sports massage and deep postural massage. He also incorporates kinesiology taping where necessary to assist in movement encouraging blood flow into the area and essentially a speedy recovery.
As an extremely competitive athlete himself, Gerard likes to work with sportspeople of all levels and is currently apart of the Queens Park Rangers Academy medical team. He also continues his relationship with the North London Shamrocks GAA team. His own particular sport is Gaelic football where he plays for London GAA competing in the All Ireland Championship.
A short consultation will be carried out on your first visit in order to help plan the best course of treatment. This will involve an assessment to help identify possible causes of your condition. Please note that some medical conditions may require consent from a GP before treatment can be given.
