Alison has been the Lead, Senior therapist at Bodylogics since its foundation in 2009. Having attended the London School of Massage, Alison passed with the highest award of distinction and has grown the Bodylogics brand to the level it has become. Alison is an Associate Member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) which is elected to the International Council of Health and Fitness & Sports Therapists. Alison has worked alongside elite athletes as well as focusing on occupational health issues common in every walk of life. Alison is a keen sportswoman and is an active member of Trent Park Running Club

Gerard first completed his Sport and Exercise Science degree at the University of Limerick in 2014. The course was quite broad and Gerard looked to specialise his skills towards his own particular interests. He went on to complete a Master’s in Sports Therapy in London Metropolitan University.
Gerard has an abundance of clinical experience working in physiotherapy clinics in London and has become increasingly familiar with popular injuries such as neck pain, lower back pain, knee pain and shoulder pain. Gerard likes to incorporate a variety of techniques into his sessions including manual therapies, spinal therapies, exercise rehabilitation, sports massage and deep postural massage. He also incorporates kinesiology taping where necessary to assist in movement encouraging blood flow into the area and essentially a speedy recovery.
As an extremely competitive athlete himself, Gerard likes to work with sportspeople of all levels and is currently part of the Queens Park Rangers Academy medical team. He also continues his relationship with the North London Shamrocks GAA team. His own particular sport is Gaelic football where he plays for London GAA competing in the All Ireland Championship.

Sarah has been working as a Massage Therapist since 2002 and has now joined the Bodylogics Clinic. Her experience includes positions in a private Physiotherapy clinic, a five star health club, and in the employee’s gym for British Telecom staff. She is qualified in She enjoys regularly attending further trainings to expand her knowledge and ability to help her clients. Sarah treats a wide range of people from all walks of life including office workers with posture related issues, new mums, dancers and athletes. Her treatments have helped many people with pain, tension and stiffness due to injury, posture, sports or occupation.
Sarah's treatments are sensitively given, and tailor-made to meet your specific needs. She uses a range of techniques, depending on what is most appropriate to help you. She takes a great interest in assessing what might be the cause of discomfort, and offers advice to help you resolve your issues and actively participate in your recovery. Her Reflexology treatments are deeply relaxing and therapeutic. By stimulating reflex points on the feet, healing is stimulated in corresponding parts of the body. Reflexology helps balance the bodies’ internal environment and release any blockages to the flow of energy.
In her spare time Sarah enjoys playing the flute. She has recently been invited to collaborate with specialists in the field to help fellow flautists perform to their best ability. By addressing postural alignment, biomechanics, and helping bring awareness to any habits that are resulting in discomfort and affecting performance, she is keen to help musicians enjoy their instrument and enhance their performance and technique.
Jason Dodd - ITEC Level 3 in Sports Therapy and Sports Massage
We welcome Jason as our newest Sports Therapist. Jason’s background is heavily involved in sport where he has represented England Squash at both the World and European Junior Championships and now takes a full and active part in Athletics where he currently trains at the England Athletics Lea Valley Centre in Enfield.
As a current P.E teacher, Jason’s knowledge extends beyond that of just a massage. Jason aims to help with your rehabilitation and advise you on programmes to help support you back to your full fitness. Jason’s experience in deep tissue massage is growing fast and his work with clients so far has not gone unrecognised. Jason’s hands on approach to ensuring you get the most out of your body is second to none and it is with great pleasure that we welcome him on board.
A short consultation will be carried out on your first visit in order to help plan the best course of treatment. This will involve an assessment to help identify possible causes of your condition. Please note that some medical conditions may require consent from a GP before treatment can be given.
All treatments are carried out with the utmost integrity and are carried out within a private Therapy Room in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
